Why Mentorship?

At M&L Electrical Solutions, we believe in more than just wiring homes — we believe in building futures. That’s why founder Martin Guerrero, with inspiration from industry leader Manny Campillo, is launching Wired for the Future— a mentorship program created to guide and empower young Latinos in Wisconsin who are curious about careers in the trades.

Who This Is For

If you're 16–24 years old, live in Wisconsin, and want to learn about real trade careers like electrical work — this is for you. No experience, tools, or connections needed — just curiosity and drive.

Why It Matters?

Many young people don’t realize trades offer good pay, no debt, and a future you can be proud of. Representation matters — and when you see someone like you succeed, you believe you can too.

What to Expect

1 Monthly Workshop (2 hours) – Hands-on demos, safety tips, and real job site stories
Career Talks – Learn about apprenticeships, licensing, and how to earn real money
Mentor Meetups – Connect with Latino electricians who’ve walked the path
Optional Shadow Days – Ride along with Martin or a team member for on-site experience
Starter Tools – Free basic tools for committed mentees
